Safe Capital Investments, LLC is a private investment firm that specializes in profitable ventures on all aspects of real estate markets for its investors.

Safe Capital Investments was founded in 2005, deal after deal our double-digit returns created our success. With over 50 vested assets under current management, we are ideally positioned to take advantage of the post-COVID-19 era.

Since its inception, the founders have been very active in the DFW markets. Safe Capital strictly invests in Texas, USA only.  We invest preferably in commercial income-producing assets. But will consider all asset classes.

With over 60 years of experience; we are primed for this market. After the crash of 2008; this new COVID-19 cycle will be a tremendous opportunity to buy discounted properties with high actual returns.

Safe Capital has been involved in over 100 commercial transactions & over 500 residential housing.
